Digital products only

All products sold on this site are digital downloads and online workshops. No physical goods are shipped and nothing is returned by post.

No refunds on digital downloads

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Once your order is completed and access is granted/download has begun, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Please make sure you’ve checked the workshop description carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about whether a workshop is right for you, email us at hello@theonlinelab.co.uk before you buy.

EU / UK digital content rights

If you are located in the UK or European Union, by completing your purchase you:

• Request immediate access to the digital content, and

• Acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download/streaming has started or access has been granted.
